Salty Cakes.

Fluffy, easy, fast snak.Tha need a Pyrex baking dish, you can put it in forma.Here will do with Pyrex pan.

Materials.

1. 2 eggs
2. 2 cups flour farina.
3. Two glasses of milk.
4. 200gr butter.
5. 300gr kafalotyri cheese.
6. 300gr ham chopped.
7. Shortly alati.
8. olive oil

Implementation.

•     Beat in mixer butter and eggs as to swell.Lower tension and add flour and milk.We continue and add into the slurry cheese and zampon.And add salt.

•     Put the empty Pyrex baking dish in the oven for 5min.After put the olive oil in the empty pan and put it back in the oven for 3 min.

•     Pour the batter into the Pyrex baking dish and pour some oil on the porridge.

    Cooking time 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
